Rodrigo’s Anaheim Hills Gears Up for Major Makeover and fall 2025 Return

APRIL 09, 2025 (ANAHEIM HILLS, CA) – Rodrigo’s Mexican Grill, one of Southern California’s most beloved Mexican dining hot spots, has announced the temporary closure of its Anaheim Hills restaurant to make way for extensive renovations. Originally opening its doors in 1977, this temporary closure throughout Spring and Summer marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, as the restaurant undergoes a thoughtful transformation to both modernize and reinvent its space while honoring the rich history and tradition that have made Rodrigo’s a local favorite.

The newly reimagined design for Rodrigo’s Mexican Grill in Anaheim Hills will serve as the blueprint for future renovations across the brand’s nine additional locations throughout Orange County and beyond. Renovation plans include opening up the dining area with new windows, replacing booths, upgrading flooring, and introducing a range of thoughtfully designed interior enhancements. Guests won’t have to wait too long, as the Anaheim Hills location is set to reopen in Fall 2025 with a fresh look, updated interiors, and enhanced features designed to elevate the dining experience for loyal guests and new visitors alike.

While the Anaheim Hills location gets its well-deserved glow-up, those hungry for some Rodrigo’s don’t have to miss a beat.
